Overview
Project overview
The Anti-Corruption Complex stands near the Teen Talwar roundabout in Karachi. It is a ground plus ten storey office building with basement parking for 72 vehicles, holding 133,980 sq ft on a plot of 183,733 sq ft.
The building brings several administrative departments of the anti-corruption authorities under one roof. That is the point of it: an organisation whose work depends on records and coordination loses time whenever those are held in separate buildings. Workspaces, meeting and conference areas and support services are planned around that consolidation, with a public interface that can receive complainants without giving them the run of the building.
The practice carried architecture, structural and MEP engineering and holds project management and detailed supervision.
