Status
Under construction on the record
Construction was under way in late 2024. The evidence is the practice's own dated, geotagged site record — photographs stamped between August and November 2024 at Keamari and Hawkes Bay Town showing subgrade compaction, grading, kerb laying and channel reinforcement on this alignment. No public completion notice has been found, so the scheme is described as under construction and not as delivered. It should not be confused with the separate Hawkes Bay Road reconstruction from Y Junction to Machli Chowk, awarded in 2026.

Project overview
The route connects the RCD Highway at Moach Goth to Hawkes Bay and carries a lined drainage channel alongside the carriageway along its length. It was drawn for the Karachi Development Authority, whose title block appears on the layout plan, and the alignment is set out to allow Baldia Stadium Road to be brought onto the nallah road later.
We prepared the alignment, the carriageway and channel design, the cross sections along the route and at the roundabout, and the box culvert crossings. The practice's own dated site record shows the work being built: earthworks and subgrade compaction, grading, kerb laying and reinforcement of the lined channel, photographed on the alignment between August and November 2024.
