Project overview
Road 10000 runs from Darul Uloom, on the Korangi No. 5 road, to the road connecting Brookes Chowrangi. A pavement condition survey found it heavily deteriorated over its length, with the retaining wall to the nala alongside it needing reconstruction, and the link road down to Landhi Road in the same state.
We prepared the feasibility and design for reconstruction of 6,240 m of Road 10000 and 1,620 m of the link road, with two 3.65 m lanes and a 2.0 m shoulder on each side. Restoring the road takes traffic off the parallel streets it has spilled onto and gives the population living around it a route that works.
The figure given below is the estimated value of the scheme, not the practice's fee. The Annual Development Programme number is the public reference to quote.
